Property Photography Packages

London property photography is priced from £100 for ten professionally edited images delivered the next morning. Payment can be made at time of booking or at the time of downloading your images. Price includes travel but please review our post code map before ordering. Price increases the further away a property is located from central London.

When scheduling your appointment, consider the creative style of images desired. Typically, when photographing a 2-bedroom flat with reception room, kitchen, garden, and exterior front, photos of the rooms will be taken from the corners of the room. If you desire a combination of creative lifestyle imagery along with standard imagery, consider the 15-image package instead. Larger homes with more than 6,000 square feet will need to contract us with prices beginning at £575.00.

Please note that editing does not include:

Removing electrical wires that may be hanging below a flat screen TV.
Removing wrinkles from bed linens, duvets, or curtains.
Removing packing tape or stickers from appliances.
Removing rubbish, toys, debris, or clutter.
Adding artwork to walls or straightening existing artwork.

For extensive photo editing, Frank will refer you to an experienced Fiverr digital artist who can assist you for about £5.00-£8.00 per image.

Terms:
Properties must be ready to photograph upon photographer’s arrival. The photographer has several appointments scheduled throughout the day so customers must adhere to their allotted time to avoid an additional charges.

It’s common for the property owner to move items from one room to another during the photo session. Moving highchairs, boxed items, children’s toys, clothes racks are all common. Frank can easily work around this when the customer plans in advance. Please plan accordingly so Frank can provide you with consistent quality. Most photography packages include 60-75 minutes photographer’s time which is plenty of time for photographs and a cuppa too! 🙂

Photographing exterior front and garden is weather dependant. If it’s drizzling or raining, exterior images will be taken using Frank’s iPhone (which produces perfect results). Bin and debris removal provided via Photoshop’s Artificial Intelligence, but the process is not guaranteed. However, Frank has had a 98% success rate with Ai removing bins, debris, and even parked cars.

Appointments do not include photographing amenities such as a fitness centre, rooftop garden, pool, or common areas. An additional £25 fee will apply to photograph amenities and includes up to 30 minutes of additional time. Please select and add this option at checkout to allow the additional time needed.
