Property Photography Packages

London property photography is priced from £75 for ten professionally edited images delivered the next morning. Payment can be made at time of booking or at the time of downloading your images. Prices includes travel but please review our post code map before ordering.

When scheduling your appointment, consider the creative style of images desired. Typically, when photographing a 2-bedroom flat with reception room, kitchen, garden, and exterior front, photos of the rooms will be taken from the corners of the room and no creative images will be provided. If you desire a combination of creative “lifestyle” imagery along with standard imagery, consider the 15-image package instead.

Images edited using Photoshop Lightroom and Photoshop.
Blurring of personal photos & license plates included.
Elevated exterior images if warranted.
Bin removal dependant upon conditions.
Images ready to download next morning before 9:00 am.
Company logo watermark added for an additional .50 pence per image.
(both watermarked and non-watermark images will be provided)
Replace two (2) exterior cloudy grey skies with blue skies.
(each additional image invoiced at £7.00 each)
Adding logo or image to flat screen TV. One image free; add’l images invoiced at £7.00 each.

Terms:
Properties must be ready to photograph upon photographer’s arrival. The photographer has several appointments scheduled throughout the day so customers must adhere to their allotted time to avoid an additional charges.

It’s common for the property owner to move items from one room to another during the photo session. Moving highchairs, boxed items, children’s toys, clothes racks are all common. Frank can easily work around this when the customer plans in advance. Please plan accordingly so Frank can provide you with the best imagery possible. Most photography packages include 60-75 minutes photographer’s time which is plenty of time for photographs and a cuppa too! 😉

Photographing exterior front and garden photos are weather dependant. If it’s drizzling, exterior images cannot be taken and garden shots will only be taken from a rear window or door. Alternatively, you can take 3-4 mobile photos on a sunnier day and Frank will edit your images at no additional charge. Bin removal is also weather dependant but sometimes, Frank is able to digitally remove bins at no additional charge.

Appointments do not include photographing amenities such as a fitness centre, rooftop garden, pool, or common areas. An additional £25 fee will apply to photograph amenities and includes up to 30 minutes of additional time. Please select and add this option at checkout to allow the additional time needed.
