Note:

Properties must be ready to photograph upon photographer’s arrival. This makes for a more uniform photographic presentation. Frank also has several appointments throughout the day so adhering to a timetable is a must. Please advise Frank in advance if additional time may be needed. Additional time is invoiced at £25 per 30 minutes.

It is common for the property owner to move some items from one room to another during the photo session. Sliding boxes from one room to another or moving a highchair from one room to another is often done, and Frank can easily work around this when the customer plans in advance. Please bear in mind the amount of time Frank has for each appointment, which is typically 60-75 minutes.

Taking exterior front and garden photos is weather dependant. If it’s raining or drizzling, exterior images cannot be taken and garden shots will only be taken from a rear window or door. Alternatively, you can take your own photos with a mobile and Frank will edit 2-3 images at no additional charge. Bin removal is also weather dependant but sometimes, Frank is able to digitally remove bins from imagery in post production at no additional charge.
