Images may be used for life of the listing or for the subsequent re-listing of the same property. Images may also be used for self-promotion on a company or agent website. Due to liability insurance guidelines, Frank cannot help with staging as staging is the responsibility of the property owner or estate agent. Properties must be ready to photograph upon the photographer’s arrival. Please download a copy of our free Photoshoot Preparedness Guide for helpful tips.

At no additional charge, Frank can pick up keys from your office if your office is located within 1.5km from subject property. Otherwise, the homeowner, tenant, estate agent, or assistant will have to provide access.

Dark cloudy days never affect the quality of the interior images. However, Frank’s £3,000 camera equipment is not waterproof so all exterior images are taken at photographer’s discretion. If it’s raining or drizzling, garden shots will only be taken from inside the property and not from the far back end of the garden. Exterior front images can only be taken if it’s not raining however, Frank is more than willing to edit images taken by the customer or agent at no additional charge.
