Yes. Frank has public liability and indemnity insurance, as well as drone insurance as required by the CAA EC 785/2004.

No. Frank does not subcontract work to freelance photographers, and Frank is the photographer who will arrive to photograph your property. Frank also performs all photo editing as well.
If it’s raining at all, garden shots will only be taken from inside the property. If there isn’t a door or window opening to the garden, then the shot cannot be taken. Exterior front images will only be taken if it’s slightly raining and bins will not be moved. Bins are typically always moved for exterior front images, but not when it’s even slightly raining.
Images may be used for life of the listing, or for the subsequent re-listing of the same property. Images may also be used for self-promotion on a company or agent website. London Estate Photography and photographer Frank J. Biganski also retains all rights to use images for self-promotion however, no reference to property address or location will be publicised. Due to liability insurance guidelines, Frank cannot help with staging as staging is the responsibility of the property owner or estate agent. Properties must be ready to photograph upon the photographer’s arrival. Yes. Frank is more than willing to travel to Brighton, Hove, Dover, St. Ives, Liverpool, Blackpool, or anywhere within the United Kingdom for an additional fee. The cost for travel expenses (rail or plane), plus time billed at £50 per hour travel time, can be added to any package.
At no additional charge, Frank can pick up keys from your office if your office is located within 1.5km from subject property. Otherwise, the homeowner, tenant, estate agent, or assistant will have to allow Frank access. If you have any questions, contact Frank any time.
Frank had his Pfizer jabs April 2021 and his booster jabs November 2021 and November 2022. Frank is prepared to wear an N95 face mask during the photoshoot if requested.
No. Frank is only available to photograph residential and commercial properties, but Frank recommends Nikolay Mirchev for creative portraiture and Ami Robertson, Owen Billcliffe or Shane Mitchell for weddings and special events. Frank’s not affiliated with any of these companies – he simply loves their work.
No, we do not charge VAT. As a sole trader, our annual turnover does not exceed HMRC’s threshold so VAT is not required to be paid or collected.
