Frank offers bespoke property video tours that will showcase and highlight the best aspects of your property. Video is recorded on an iPhone 14 Pro Max using an Insta360 Flow 2 Pro gimble. This combination ensures that you will receive a bespoke motion video that’s smooth and jitter-free along with a picture that’s tack sharp.
Your property video tour is recorded at 4k resolution at 60 frames per second and is edited and delivered at 1920x1080p. Plus, your video tour includes a bespoke modern soundtrack that will encourage showings to get your property sold or let fast.
The finished edited video is delivered within 48 hours in .WAV video format for use on your company website, YouTube, or any social media platform. Exterior drone video can be included for an additional £75. Properties with a lush garden, water view, or a view of our brilliant City of London can benefit greatly from the addition of aerial drone footage.
Our video tours are recorded in landscape format only, but all social media platforms such as TikTok allow you to crop a landscape video into a vertical format. Property addresses, location, or any text or company logo is included for free.
Property video tours can be ordered separately from a photography package and we also offer a discount when ordered with a photography package.
