The Data We Collect About You

We receive personal data about you from various third parties and public sources such as Acuity Scheduling, which is the company we use to schedule our photography appointments and Stripe, the company we use to securely process online payments. How We Use Your Personal Data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to, and most commonly under the following circumstances:
- Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.
- Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
- Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed however, security measures controlled by third party companies such as Acuity Scheduling and Strip remain outside our control and we will not be held liable for any breath of data that resulted in the negligence of any of our third party vendors.

Glossary
Legitimate Interest means the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/product and the best and most secure experience. We make sure we consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative) and your rights before we process your personal data for our legitimate interests.
