Images may be used for life of the listing or for the subsequent re-listing of the same property. Images may also be used for self-promotion on a company or agent website. No, Frank does not assist with staging. It’s a common misnomer that property photographers know how to stage a property, but Frank is not trained or certified in home staging. Staging is the responsibility of the property owner or estate agent and properties must be ready to photograph upon the photographer’s arrival. Please download a copy of Frank’s Photoshoot Preparedness Guide for helpful staging tips.
At no additional charge, Frank will pick up keys from your office or KeyNest location if the location is within 1km of subject property. Otherwise, the homeowner, tenant, estate agent, or assistant will have to provide access.
Dark cloudy days never affect the quality of the interior images. However, Frank’s expensive camera equipment is not waterproof so all exterior images are taken at photographer’s discretion. If it’s raining or drizzling, garden shots will only be taken from inside the property and not from the far back end of the garden. Exterior front images can only be taken if it’s not raining however, Frank is more than willing to edit images taken by the customer or agent at no additional charge.
No, Frank does not charge VAT and that saves our customers an average of £25 to £45 when compared to our competition. As a sole trader, Frank’s annual turnover does not exceed HMRC’s threshold so VAT is not required to be paid or collected.
Frank had his Pfizer jabs April 2021 and his booster jabs November 2021, November 2022, and December 2023. Frank is still prepared to wear an N95 face mask during the photoshoot if requested for any reason.
No. Frank is only available to photograph residential and commercial properties, but Frank recommends John Clark for APHP-Approved headshots and Ami Robertson or Owen Billcliffe for weddings and special events. Frank’s not affiliated with any of these folks – he simply loves their work! 😉
